What is Detox?
The word "de.tox" is short for the word "de.tox.i.fi.ca.tion".
The term means "to eliminate poisonous or toxic substances from the mind & body; or to neutralize the toxic effects, in order to allow healing to take place.
Mind & Body detox is an integrated thing - you can't fully cleanse your body if your mind holds fears, worries, stress , negativity, hatred, etc.. How can we have peace in our minds , if our body is being poisoned, and tore down from these poisons .
